Domain name and web site design

I have managed to buy www.karlcdesign.com and finished the design of my website. I think that the simple site works well and i think its clear enough for the work i'm showing on it and people to contact me. Do the website has taught me a lot about Dreamweaver and how it works, but i don't think i will be doing many websites in the future except for maybe the design.

Design Strategies 2

I feel the presentation helped make me find out what skills are still lacking and i feel its made them clearer to me than they were before, because during the last module i didn't do much time management and feel i luckily managed to get it all on time but feel i need to manage it to improve the amount of work i can produce and the efficiency.

Business card Design

I feel that i have settled on this design for my business card, but not sure whether or not i really need to have it die cut but feel it'll help it stand out more. I wanted it portrait so its a bit different.

I've picked some ideas now i am trying to see what works and what doesn't. I think i am over complicating my designs a little bit and i think i should only put what necessary.

Redesign

The feedback gained about my business card has shown that its not the right style and i feel i need to go back and draw up some ideas so i looks better.

Re contacting

Using the advice given to me in my PPD tutorial it was advised i recontact the places that didn't work out over the summer. I re emailed elmwood twice seeing if they would give me some sort of reply which unfortunately they didn't so i felt i should start looking elsewhere for an opportunity instead. Unfortunately they didn't respond either.
